Salient Characteristics: Resolution (minimum): 51 lp/mm Signal to noise ratio (minimum): 20 Magnification: 1X (3X or 5X Optional) Lens System: 26 mm f1.2 Field of View: 40 degrees Field of View @ 1000 yards: 2184 feet Field of View @ 1000 meters: 728 meters Range of Focus: 10 to infinity, 25 cm to infinity Detection Range: 1148 feet or 350 meters Recognition Range: 984 feet or 300 meters Diopter Adjustment: +2 to -6 Weather Resistant: Waterproof 3 feet for 30 minutes Camera/Camcorder Adaptable: Yes IR Illuminator: Yes Battery Type/Life: AA (x1)/ 30 hours Dimensions: 4.5 x 2.25 x 2 or 114 mm x 57 mm or 50 mm Weight: 13.8 oz or 392 grams Operating Temperature: -60 degrees Fahrenheit to 125 degrees Fahrenheit or -20 degrees Celsius to +45 degrees Celsius Figure of Merit no more than 1250 12 kits commercial export PVS-14 Night Vision Goggles Purge Kit 5 each commercial export TS-4348 Test Sets to support the PVS-14 3 each commercial export Purge Adapter Assembly in support of the PVS-14 50 each of the Spare Packages for the PVS-14 Night Vision Goggles, including the following in each package: head mount assembly, neck cord, demist shield, sacrificial window, lens tissues, brow pads, shoulder strap, eye cup, objective lens cover, carrying case, operators manual, swing arm adapter, and battery cap. Information/Requirements: 1. Figure of Merit must not exceed 1250 FoM, minimum for Tube Signal to noise Ratio of 20 and minimum Resolution of 51. 2. If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST disclose the manufacturer of the Tubes. 3. You MUST state delivery ARO of all HARDWARE. 4. If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST disclose the manufacturer of the Country of origin of ALL ITEMS listed. You must disclose WHO the contractor is that manufactures/produces tube housings and cases. 5. If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST disclose the manufacturer of the Country of origin of ALL ITEMS listed. You must disclose WHERE the contractor is that manufactures/produces tube housings and cases. 6. If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST provide certification that Night Vision Tubes are NOT Russian made. 7. For numbers 4-6 above, you MUST reference the case number on your formal solicitations. 8. Tube data sheets will be requested after contract award 9. There will be a potential call for an incoming inspection by DCMA to check tubes and tube housings 10. A quality system on tubes and tube housings will be requested after contract award.
