- Solicitation N00421-10-T-0209 is issued as a request for quote. This is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Oehler Research, Inc, for the line items listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are: CLIN 0001 - Qty 1, Item 86, Acoustic Target Scoring System including downrange acoustic target with 16 microphones and complete operator interface system. CLIN 0002 - Qty 1, Item MISC, Two-day informal training/installation. Award is expected 11 Jun 2010. Delivery requested is within 30 days ARO. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 10 Jun 2010 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
