Description
Solicitation for End Item: C-5 Aircraft, NSN 1560 00 252 0189 DUCT EXHAUST, AIRCRAFT Configuration Control applies, Critical Application item. Export Control tech package is available. Definite Quantity Contract, quantity 5 EA NAICS is 336413. This is a firm fixed price fully and openly competitive procurement 100% small business set aside after exclusion of sources. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Government FAT applies, Production delivery 364 Days AFAA. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil or http://12.3.216.20/home on 4 June 2010. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (pdf). To download and view these documents you will need the lasted version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Automated Best Value System (ABVS)- The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Product Lists, Military Handbooks, and other standardization documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP), in Philadelphia, PA. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from the ASSIST database via the Internet at http://assist.daps.mil/. Information submitted should be pertinent and specific in the technical area under consideration, on each of the following qualifications: (1) Experience: An outline of previous projects, specific work previously performed or being performed and any in-house research and development effort; (2) Personnel: Name, professional qualifications and specific experience of scientist, engineers and technical personnel who may be assigned as a principal investigator and/or project officer; (3) Facilities: Availability and description of special facilities required to perform in the technical areas under consideration. A statement regarding industry security clearance. Any other specific and pertinent information as pertains to this particular area of procurement that would enhance our consideration and evaluation of the information submitted.
