- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico, intends to issue a task order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. A task order, under IDIQ FA4855-08-D-0012, awarded to Marvin Groves Electric Co., Inc., an SBA Certified 8(a) Program Participant, was decided to be in the best interest of the Government for the repair of the HVAC system in building 74, Cannon AFB, NM. The task order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This oppourtunity was available only to Marvin Groves Electric Co., Inc. under IDIQ Contract FA4855-08-D-0012 that was previously awarded in 2008 as an 8(a) Sole Source pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a)) and in accordance with 13 CFR 124.1-1(c) and FAR 19.8. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program.
