- This is a notice of intent to award a purchase order to Optech International, Kiln, MS, for maintenance on USGS owned ILRIS- 3D equipment manufactured by Optech International for a period of performance of 08/2/2010 to 08/01/2012. Other interested concerns having the ability to meet the USGS requirement may submit a capabilities statement to the Contracting Officer no later than the closing date of this announcement at 2:00 PM PDT. Optech International is the only known source to provide all the necessary maintenance and technology upgrades or improvements. All submissions will be evaluated to determine if competitive opportunities exist. Dates of service are 08/02/2010 to 08/01/2012.
