- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41 and DFARS Change Notice 20100519. North American Industry Classification System Code 333924 and size standard of 750 employees apply to this procurement. Solicitation number 10TC452 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted). REQUIREMENTS: The Air Force needs a Heavy Duty Walkie Electric Pallet Jack, 10,000 pounds capacitiy @ 24" load center w/24 Volt electrical system, built especially for US Air Force 463L pallet built to U/L 583 specificiations Type "E". Heavy duty battery model 18-85-11 w/built in 110 volt charger. QUOTE REQUIREMENTS: Quotes should include delivery date, discount terms, DUNS, tax identification number, and Cage code. Quotes must contain product specifications addressing characteristics such as quality/durability, materials each item is made of, size, etc. FOB: For delivery to Bldg 187 Eagle Drive, Lackland AFB, TX 78236-5253. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, responsible offeror. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
