- The Center for Grain and Animal Health Research (CGAHR), 1515 College Ave., Manhattan, KS 66502, conducts innovative research and develops new technologies to solve problems related to flour production; CGAHR is in need of a new Milling Machine. One of the CGAHR requirements for a Mill is that can process bushels of wheat, so that those bushels can be continuously milled. The experimental milling system must be capable of performing the U.S. Hard Winter Wheat Crop Survey. Capable of producing at least six (6) flour products, this provides considerably more information how the wheat sample might perform on a large-scale commercial mill, which is a critical requirement of the crop survey. Consistency in data methods is of paramount importance.
