- REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENT This is not an actual solicitation but an attempt to identify those sources who would be able to meet this requirement. An actual solicitation MAY follow, depending largely on information received in response to this Sources Sought notice. GSA intends to upgrade an existing conference room at 1500 E. Bannister Road, Kansas City, MO with the equipment listed on the attached document. Substitutions are not acceptable. The requirement includes the equipment and the installation of the equipment. We also need an extended maintenance agreement for a total of 5 years. Please respond to this announcement by email to the listed Point of Contact. Due to the large number of firms receiving this announcement, we need for you to respond ONLY if you are fully able to meet the requirement as currently written. If responding, please provide your socioeconomic category, i.e. Small Business, Large Business, Hubzone, Woman Owned, Veteran Owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a). Please provide the time you would need (in days) upon receipt of an award to complete installation. Please also provide the estimated percentage of cost that would be for the equipment, and the remaining percentage for the installation and for the extended maintenance. This is necessary to determine proper soliciting approach (i.e. supply or service).
