Description
Data Items: CDRLs Attachment 3: Initial Spare Parts and Consumables and Ground Support Equipment List Attachment 2: Paint Scheme Attachment 1: Statement of Work Request For Proposal This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purchase of three (3) L-39C aircraft. This solicitation is available on the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov and the NAVAIR website: www.navair.navy.mil under "Business Opportunities" and "Open Solicitations." Information including the Statement of Work, paint scheme, and initial spare parts and consumables and ground support equipment lists are provided in this solicitation number N00019-10-R-0050. Proposals should be sent via email to LT Kelly Gerety at kelly.gerety@navy.mil by 02:00 pm eastern standard time 18 June 2010. Offerors are responsible for monitoring these sites for any other pertinent information or amendments. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. All offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. If your company is not registered in the CCR, you may register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. In response to industry comments, the following points of clarification are provided: - The Government requests that offerors propose precisely to the attached list of initial spare parts and consumables and ground support equipment (CLINs 0002 and 0003). The list includes the items necessary to support 3 L-39C aircraft for 2 years of operations. - The Contractor will be responsible for providing all logistics necessary for any contractor personnel needed to support performance under the resulting contract.
