- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0506 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38, Defense Circular Number 20091229, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-1030. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 333415. Purchase the following: 0001- 1(each) 7 ½ ton portable air cooled water chiller, Model ACWC-90-E 208/230 volt, 3 phase, suitable for outdoor use. Minimum circuit amps 36/17, approx. dimensions 44"L x 33"W x 66"H, weight 890 lbs. Pump-HP 1 1/2, Pump output 55GPM @ 30 PSI, Tank size 41 Gal, Pipe size 1 ¼" IN, 1" OUT. Saftey controls: High/ low pressure safety,freeze, low water flow safety with manual reset, internal overloads, thermal overloads of safety fuses for pumps and fan motors. Operating temeratures: Process fluid 42°F to 70°F and Ambient air 40°F to 115°F.1(each) spare parts kit,1(each )protective pre-ceramic coil coating with warranty,1(each) Hot gas by-pass or equal Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1P23B - 355 LRS/LGOR DMAFB Tucson, AZ.
