This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Hocoma Incorporated for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for the Lokomat System, Pro, serial number LS0208 its accessories, and associated equipment located at the St. Louis VA Medical Center, Jefferson Barracks, 1 Jefferson Barracks Drive, St. Louis, Missouri 63125-4181. This agreement will include a base year and four one-year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
