- The U.S. Army RDECOM Soldier System Center has a requirement for the maintenance and repair of freight and passenger elevators located at Kansas Street, Natick, Massahusetts. The maintenance work includes, but is not limited to, inpections, preventive maintenance, routine service calls,and minor repairs. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for a base year and four option years. Wage Determination (Service Act)for Middlesex County,Massachusetts is applicable. A site visit will be held on 16 June 2010 at 10:00 AM. All parties shall meet in the lobby of building 1. The solicitation, statement of work,and wage determination will be available on our web site https://www3.natick.army.mil The solicitation will be posted on the web site on or about 9 June 2010.
