- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and Far Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation Number W912L9-10-T-0009 is being issued as a Request For Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41. This acquisition is reserved for a small business concern; however, in the event no small business concern can meet the requirement, the reservation will be withdrawn and an award will be made to a large business. The USPFO for Indiana intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333111. The Contractor shall propose the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS): See attached information for details Clin 0001 Four-wheel Tractors (DF204D)QTY 1 Clin 0002 Mini Combine Harvester (4LD-130)QTY 1 Clin 0003 Power Tiller Tractor (DF-15KL)QTY 1 Clin 0004 Harvester (4GL-120)QTY 1 Clin 0005 Rice-Wheat Seed Drill (2BG-6A)QTY 1 Clin 0006 Trailer (7C-1.5)QTY 1 Clin 0007 Delivery Shipping CostsQTY 1 ******Items quoted can be brand name or equal. These items will be sent to Afghanistan for use in that environment; therefore EQUAL TO items must be able to perform as the brand name items requested. The total proposed price shall include product and delivery of equipment. Equipment will be shipped to: Camp Atterbury/Indiana National Guard ATTN: Warehouse BLDG 3 Durbin Street Edinburgh, IN 46124 The following clauses in their latest editions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders (DEVIATION). All information relating to this solicitation, including changes/amendments, questions and answers will be posted on the following website: www.fedbizopps.com and www.nationalguardcontracting.org Formal communications (such as request for clarifications and/or information) concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing via e-mail to lisa.slater@us.army.mil not later than Tuesday 8 June 2010, 2:00 pm EST. All answers (on a non-attribution basis) will be posted on both websites not later than Friday 11 June 2010 at 4:00 pm EST. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Terms of the solicitation and specification remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of the solicitation shall apply. Award can only be made to contractors registered in Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov Awardee must be able to invoice through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), an online invoicing system at https://wawf.eb.mil/ after completion of event. This solicitation will end on Wednesday 16 June 2010, 12:00 p.m. EST. Quotes received after this time will not be considered. Quotes must be emailed to lisa.slater@us.army.mil Quotes must include the vendors CAGE CODE, Tax ID Number, description of items, and pricing including shipping. If quoting EQUAL TO items, vendor must include detailed information regarding the EQUAL TO equipment. The Government will make an award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation represents the best value to the Government. The Government intends to evaluate offers and make award without discussions; however, this does not preclude the Government from having discussions if it is in the best interest of the Government to do so.
