- SOLICITATION NO. RBA00100004DESCRIPITION: 1. Supply, delivery, and installation of six cubicles and one reception desk to: Bureau of Indian AffairsOffice of Justice Services115 4th Avenue Southeast, 4th FloorAberdeen, South Dakota 57401 2. The cubicles shall consist of: 66" Cherry Wood Laminate Panels with 16" clear, glass panels stacked on top to make total height 82" Quad Power and Data Terminal Panels for each work area, under the counterSliding door to enclose each work area, 36" width Two Overhead Flipper Door Unit/Storage cabinets for each work area 44" in widthTwo cabinet task light for each work area 36" in lengthLateral file with two drawers for each workspace-custom fit for under the counterStructural Box/Box/file drawer for each workspace-custom fit for under the counterTack boards for each workplace, 15 X 48High performance task chair for each work area ergonomically correct for posture health 3. An inspection of the area is required in order to obtain accurate measurements. A minimum of 48 hours advance notice prior to inspection is required. 6. The quote shall include the offeror drawing showing final and true measurements, and placement of each cubicle and desk. 7. Furniture will need to meet EPA Green Requirements. Contract Award- Best value will be the basis for award and will consider the following factors: 1) quality 2) past performance 3) price. 9. Solicitation is set aside SMALL BUSINESS BUY INDIAN. BUY INDIAN IS DEFINED AS 51% NATIVE AMERICAN OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Great Plains Region is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation RBA00100004 is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-30. This is a small business set-aside the associated NAICS code is 442110, Furniture Stores with a standard size of $7 million. The following clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4 - Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues Or Executive Orders - Commercial Items; 52.204-7 - Central Contractor Registration.
