- This Modification will answer questions submitted by a vendor in response to the RFI: Just to verify, services will commence in October 2011. Services will commence October 2010. Will this be posted in E-buy or within another vehicle? At this point, we don't know how we will proceed with this requirement. The scope and other issues are still being worked out. Is there an incumbent; If so who; Contract dates? Currently this is information we don't have available. Will this be directed to only SDVOSBs? If not, will this be considered? At this time, this requirement will not be considered as a set aside.
