- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO SMALL BUSINESSES. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 7 June 2010. Solicitation number FA4600-10-T-0026 is being issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-30. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. This solicitation is 100% set aside to small business firms, all others will be deemed non responsive. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413, and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract. Provide 25(ea) 'Tambourine' type, double folded, KC 135-160 F-108 engine covers, along with storage cases. 4(ea) B747-105 F-103 engine covers, soft type, along with storage case for each cover. TF-33 engine plugs, along with storage cases. Imprint: Aircraft number, custom artwork and mission name. 1(ea) constitutes a pack of four. Also, 500(ea) AAC-030: large streamer 22' long reading 'Remove before Flight'. 500(ea) AAC-030: medium streamer 14' long reading 'Remove before Flight'. Delivery will be made to Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-10-T-0026 on all correspondence. Funds are currently available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. All bids must be received by SSgt Scott DeLoera at the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, and Offutt AFB 68113-2107. Bids must be valid until 7 July 2010. All contractors shall be ORCA registered http://orca.bpn.gov. All contractors are reminded, in accordance with FARS 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration; contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. If the Offeror does not successfully register in the CCR database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror. NO PARTIAL BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements of the solicitation in bids.
