- Class "A" contiguous office space must yield 25,000 useable square feet, with 3,500 useable square feet available for immediate occupancy upon award, and the remaining 21,500 available for occupancy by 6-1-2011. The proposed space must be within the city of Bothell, WA. The proposed lease is for (20) years, (10) years firm, and must be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (Handicapped Accessibility). The Government may award based upon initial offers should it choose to do so. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
