- Request for Quotation Clauses PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Spokane Research Laboratory, has a requirement to purchase Borehole Pressure Cells, High Pressure SS tubing, and setting tools. This is small business set-aside procurement. • 60 Borehole Pressure Cells (BPC), Range: 0 to 10,000 psi (0 to 75Mpa), Temperature: range -20degrees C to 80degrees C, Borehole size: 57 mm, Honeywell Sensotec Pressure Transducer (supplied by NIOSH). • High Pressure SS Tube, 1/8 inch diameter High Pressure Stainless Steel Tubing in lengths: 10 each of (20, 30, 40, 55, 76, 100 foot lengths) - Total 3,210 feet. • Setting Tools to place BPC at maximum 100 ft depth. The CDC intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Part 13. This is the only notification that will be posted. Responsible sources that believe they possess the expertise and capabilities identified above are encouraged to submit to the Contracting Officer within 15 days from the posting date of this notice, their written item description/item characteristics and pricing information in the format they choose, not to exceed 10 pages.
