- Solicitation 6FLS-G0-090419-N is issued on 06/02/10. This is a two year stock requirements (term) solicitation. Contract will be Fixed Price with three one-year options and an Economic Price Adjustment clause. The type of contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract. This procurement will consist of twenty-one (21) National Stock Numbers in 5110 Federal Supply Class (a variety of cutting tools). All of the item purchase descriptions are technical descriptions except for item number 11, 13 and 17-21 which are brand name or equal item descriptions. The contract period will be 9/1/10 or date of award whichever is later through 8/31/12 with 3 one-year options. Items 1 and 4 are aside for small business concerns. See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 60 days after receipt of order and FOB Destination. Offers will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Specific details regarding the LPTA method of award are shown in the solicitation (see regulation 52.212-2 for details). PLEASE READ ALL SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS. Vendor response documents including offers and any other required information are due by 2:00 PM Central Time 07/09/10 to the address listed on block 9 of the 1449 document. Please ensure that the past performance questionnaires are completed by your three references and sent via email (roxanne.moore@gsa.gov) or fax (816-926-3678) to Contract Specialist Roxanne Moore by the July 9, 2010 as stated in the questionnaire.
