- SUBJECT: Administrative Support Services Solicitation for The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Golden Field Office (GFO), located at 1617 Cole Boulevard, Golden, CO, requirement for Administrative Support Servces. This solicitation is for a Performance-Based, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) with auxiliary Time & Material or Labor Hour line items, Indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Commercial Services Contract with a twelve (12) month Base Year and four (4) Option Years. Task Orders issued will be FFP with Time and Material/Labor Hour task orders possible for less defined requirements. This solicitation is 100% 8(a) Competitive, Set-Aside, commercial service in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 19.805-1 and FAR Part 12. The contractor will be required to provide the following types of support services under this contract: -Procurement Support (under Office of Acquisition and Financial Assistance-OAFA)-Human Resource Management (under Office of Management and Administration-OMA)-Travel Support (under OMA)-Management and Performance Analysis (GFO Wide)-Financial Support (under OMA)-Paralegal Services (under Office of Chief Counsel-OCC) -Facilities and Property Management (under OMA)-Records Management (under OMA)-Mailroom Support (under OMA)-Office of Lab Operations Support (OLO)-Freedom of Information Act and Public Affairs Services -Clerical Support (GFO Wide) The NAICS Code is 541611, with a size standard of $7 Million.
