- This update to Pre-Solicitation N65236-10-R-0058 amends the Pre-Solicitationdated 11 May 2010 to provide the following information. The required delivery time frame for all 6 (six) of the Tactical MobilityContainers will be on or before 120 days after award. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic,Charleston, SC, is issuing N65236-10-R-0058, a Pre-Solicitation notice for six(6) Tactical Mobile Containers for transportation and operation of the GSK(Ground Sigint Kit) Static Systems. These containers will be responsible fortransporting and providing an operations environment for the GSK Staticsystem by protecting the equipment and personnel from adverseenvironmental conditions such as, solar radiation, heavy winds, blowing sandand dust, snow, rain and other environmental conditions. The container willalso provide the user with the means to sustain primary services.
