- PR No: 0025778375; this solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Manifold, Fluid, Engine utilized on the F404 Aircraft Engine. This solicitation is for award of a definite quantity contract. Government FAT and Contractor PLT applies. Item is a critical safety item. Configuration and export control applies. NSN: 2915-01-138-8048 Approved Sources: Corry Manufacturing Company CAGE 91037 P/N 6026T64G04 General Electric Company CAGE 99207 P/N 6026T64G04 85 ea Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 483 days including FAT, FAT evaluation, and PLT. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U. S.
