- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space in Columbus, OH The United States Government seeks to lease space located in a quality building of sound and substantial construction in Columbus, OH. The proposed space must be in the Central Business District within the following delineated area: North: I-670 East: N. 3 rd Street South: Spring Street West: Neil Avenue The space offered must consist of approximately 4,083 rentable square feet yielding a minimum 3,373 and a maximum of 3,728 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, OSHA, and seismic protection. On-site designated parking should be available with a total of 5 spaces for the agency (4 structured, 1 surface). The location should provide regularly scheduled public transportation within ½ mile walking distance of the offered building sufficient to cover commuting needs of employees. Ground floor space will not be acceptable. The General Services Administration will not be using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions for this procurement. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building ownership.
