- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice that modification 4to contract NNJ09JA20C was awarded to increase requirements for Building 45 to add sandslurry to the power wash to remove black stains on the PEAF Panels, and wash and seal theloggias to prevent the loggia runoff from inducing reoccurrence of the black stain. <P><P>NNJ09JA20C is a firm fixed price contract that was awarded to W.A. Robbins Construction,Inc. under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program, using the PartnershipAgreement between NASA and the Small Business Administration in accordance with FAR 19.8and the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5).
