- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 5,800 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Panama City, FL. The space must yield a minimum of 5,036 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: South Shoreline of West Bay starting at Hwy 231 Bridge to SR77; south along SR77 to West 23 rd Street; ease on West 23 rd Street extending east to South Tyndall Parkway South: North of St. Andrews Bay/Tyndall AFB West: East of Thomas Drive East: West of South Tyndall Parkway The Government will require 30 surface parking spaces. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2011. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. Additional special requirements apply and will be addressed in the market survey and the subsequent solicitation for offers. The building must be located outside of any 100-year floodplain. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, AmeriVet Real Estate Services, Inc., a small business partner with CB Richard Ellis for the GSA National Broker Contract. The GSA Contracting Officer is Milagros (Millie) Toro. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Interested parties are to contact the broker and may submit pertinent information no later than the close of business on June 16, 2010 to the GSA's representative, Robert Moody, AmeriVet Real Estate Services, Inc. Please reference Project Number 09-FL2321 Expressions of Interest must include the following information in order to be deemed compliant and be eligible for further consideration in this procurement: · Building name and address and location of the available space within the building · Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced · ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet and the Common Area Factor. · Date of space availability · Parking available · Detailed Site Plan · Building ownership information, including contact information for Owner or Authorized Agent
