- NSWC Panama City Division, Panama City, Florida intends to solicit GE Intelligent Platforms Embedded Systems, 12090 S Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, AL 35803-3308 on a sole-source basis for a 16-channel Slot Card (p/n: ICS-1640A-000) and associated cable for replacement of an existing asset component. Only the specified parts can be used as they are a direct replacement for damaged components. Use of any other card would require significant cost and engineering time to integrate the replacement card into the existing asset and would jeopardize the schedule. Furthermore, the use of a different replacement card poses the potential for differences in the data gathered during use. The NAICS code is 334418 with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
