Description

RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Not Applicable Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), the US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, will issue a request for quotes for a firm-fixed price contract for roof replacement on the Tuttle Creek Dam Control Tower, Tuttle Creek Lake Project, near Manhattan, Kansas. The NAICS code for this project is 238160 and the size standard is 14.0 million. This solicitation will be set aside for small business. Solicitation will be posted on May 28,2010. Please note that vendors must currently be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA). Additionally there are some unique reporting requirements relevant to the use of ARRA funds (see FAR 52.204-11 for details). Fax quotes are acceptable 785-539-2113.
