- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, is soliciting for offers for the Recovery - AHC Intern ADA Remodel. The project consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct all of the following: remove and replace 20'x22' concrete parking, remove and replace all interior carpeting and flooring with new tile and laminate flooring, design, demolish, and construct new ADA bathroom, and remove and replace all exterior and interior doors so they are ADA approved. The estimate price of this project is between $25,000 and $50,000. A payment bond of 100% of the contract price may be required. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov. Site visit details will be posted in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised on or about June 11, 2010. Offers are due no later than July 12, 2010 and must be received no later than 5 pm MDT on July 12, 2010.
