- SYNOPSIS 8(a) Competitive The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform all required services identified in the Statement of Work (SOW), commercial standards, and local, state and federal requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code) is 541611, Administrative Management and General Mangement Consulting Services. The requirement will be competed as a 100% set-aside for Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) Contractors. The two evaluation factors are Past Performance and Price, with Past Performance and price being of equal importance. Solicitation issue date will be approximately 25 May 2010. Solicitations will be available through electronic means only. Telephone requests for the solicitation may not be accepted, and solicitation packages will not be mailed out. All contractors are required to complete Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Additional information on CCR is available at (888) 227-2423.
