- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W912HN-10-D-0020, DAVID MILLER & ASSOCIATES, INC. This is not a solicitation. The intent of the Government is to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under the successfully competed Single Award Task Order Contract referenced above. The services required consist of Value Engineering (VE) examination, review, and study of the 95% Plans and Specifications Package for the pre-Construction and Engineering Phase of the Fish Passage at Lock & Dam No. 1, Cape Fear River Basin, Bladen County, North Carolina.
