- Description:Item 0001: NSN: 4240010654877MH, P/N: D17666-105, CYLINDER AND VALVE,used on the E-3 evacuation system which provides a means of rapidevacuation of personnel from a grounded disabled aircraft.Requirement is for 65 EA in the basic year, and 3 Option Periods. OptionI for 1-20 EA, valid for 365 days; Option II for 1-20 EA, valid for 730days; Option III for 1-10 EA, valid for 1095 days. DELIVERY - ITEM 0001: This requirement is Foreign Military Sales (FMS).The place of delivery is DSR004 and is due 180 calendar days AROContract. There are no drawings/data available. The approximate RFPissue date will be 9 June 2010; proposals are due 9 July 2010.Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation atwww.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and nohard copies will be mailed out. This acquisition is sole source to Air Cruisers Company, LLC. (70167) IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing to Serina.Senegar@robins.af.mil with copy to Dawn.McCurdy@robins.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS. Anticipated award date is 30 July 2010. Duration of Contract Period: 1095 days Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii), All responsible sources may submit acapability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be consideredby the agency. Based upon market research, the Government is not using policiescontained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in itssolicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interestedparties may identify to the contracting officer their interest andcapability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercialitem within 15 days of this notice.
