- Amendment #1 Attachment #6 Instructions to Offerors SF 1449 Solicitation Document ******** AMENDMENT 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to change the meeting location for the site visit. This non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for 1 June 2010 at 09:00 A.M. (EST). Attendees will meet at the Hope Hotel and Conference Center Parking Lot under the Packy's canopy inside Gate 12A, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, NLT 8:45 hours A.M (EST). Interested parties shall e-mail the names of all attendees (not to exceed two per company) to the Contract Specialist, Mr. Ryan Huffman, at ryan.huffman@wpafb.af.mil prior to 10:00 A.M. (EST) on 28 May 2010. This amendment also includes a copy of the SF 1449 Solicitation document which is hereby attached. This amendment also incorporates revised Atch 6, Instructions to Offerors dated 25 May 2010. This attachment replaces the Attachment 6, dated 11 May 2010. As result of this amendment the closing date remains unchanged. ******** The 88th Contracting Squadron, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is hereby issuing a competitive solicitation for an firm fixed price contract with one base period and four one-year option periods for National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) custodial services at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. Closing date for this requirement is NLT 11:30 A.M. (EST) on 11 June 2010. This acquisition of services is 100% HUBZone set-aside. In order to qualify for this program, an offeror must be a certified HubZone prior to the closing date of the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561720. The size standard is $15.0 million. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for 0900 hrs (EST) 1 June 2010. For scheduling purposes, adherence to the instructions listed in Attachment 6, Instructions to Offerors, is required. The Request for Proposal (RFP), the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all other related documents are now available at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All interested offerors must download documents from this web site. No hard copies will be available. All interested offerors are requested to electronically register in order to receive e-mail notification of updates to this solicitation.
