- Green Meeting Questionnaire Specification for Conference Accomadtion This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is as a request for quotation under solicitation number EP10V000126. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35. The solicitation is issued as unrestricted in regards to business size. A description of requirements is available for downloading. The EPA Environmental Science Division in Las Vegas, Nevada intends to contract for conference space along with associated audio visual equipment and food for conferences to be held October 19 th and 20 th and October 21 st 2010 in Las Vegas, NV.. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Contractor evaluation shall be based on the contractor who meets all of the contract requirements with the lowest overall price. Offeros shall include a completed copy of the FAR provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. A copy is included in the attachment. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR clauses applicable to this acquisition are cited in FAR clause 52.212-5 and are indicated on the attachment which is included.
