- This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 541380, Dollar Standard $12.0 Mil. Solicitation/ Purchase Request number F2KBAC0132A003 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-39 effective 19 March 2010. The Government intends to award on contract line item number: Description: Attenuator, Compensator, & TC Mirror CLIN 0001-AA: DLWSSysInte/Check out and Test-DARPA-O-KTR Compensator Window, 1064nm. Quantity: 2. CLIN 0002-AA: Custom Mirror, 1064nmm Mirror. Quantity: 2. CLIN 0003-AA: Spatially divided mirror, 1064nm, attenuator. Quantity: 2. CLIN 0004-AA: Coating Tooling NRE: For masking ½ aperture. Quantity: 1. CLIN 0005-AA: Shipping. Quantity: 1. UNIT OF MEASURE: EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 ADC Inspection and Acceptance: DESTINATION.
