This is set-aside for 100% small business. Military and commercial specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. Drawing will be available with solicitation if applicable. Do not call buyer for Drawing Item. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and any other factors as listed in the solicitation. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Total duration shall not exceed five years. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
