- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334413, Size Standard 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAA0133A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41 effective 13 May 2010. The Government intends to award a contract for Scientific Camera and Accessories at Kirtland Air Force Base, NM. THIS IS A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL REQUIREMENT CLIN 0001: XC403-100Hz-CL XEVA - 2.5-320-TE4 (320 by 256) HgCdTe camera with a 4-stage built-in thermo-electric cooler with max frame rate of 100 full frames per second over the CameraLink. 14-bit ADC (Manufacturer Xenics) - 1 EA CLIN 0002: XC503-201 OPTION: Frame grabber and cable (Manufacturer Xenics) - 1 EA CLIN 0003: Shipping and Handling DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 60 Days ARO FOB: Destination INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Destination The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items.
