Washington St. SPC 25 Suite 170, Phoenix, AZ 85003 DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing a minimum of 8,700 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable) of contiguous space on a single floor together with four (4) reserved parking spaces. TENANT: United States Attorneys LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area of Tucson, AZ: (Northern Border) W. Alameda Street; (Southern Border) 14th Street to W. Cushing Street; (Eastern Border) N. Stone Avenue to S. Stone Avenue; (Western Border) Interstate 10 LEASE TERM: The lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern, office space. The space must be altered to meet the Government's requirements, must be fully serviced, must be fully accessible in accordance with ABAAS standards, and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards). The Building must be able to provide fourreserved parking stalls on-site for the Government's exclusive use.
