- Amendment No. 2 has been posted at www.fedconnect.net.This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number L10PS022296 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. NAICS code 324121; size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. DESCRIPTION OF WORK - This will be a indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contract for the supply of aggregate for the Bureau of Land Management Eugene District Office, 3106 Pierce Parkway, Suite E, Springfield, OR 97477. This contract requires the supply and delivery of 184,860 tons of 1 1/2 inch minus and 7,670 tons of 3/4 inch minus crushed aggregate quarry rock to 22 stockpile sites in the vicinity of Junction City and Cottage Grove, Oregon. The estimated solicitation issue date is May 4, 2010 at www.fedconnect.net. The due date for quotes has been changed to June 3, 2010.
