- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for Lodging in San Francisco, CA., to support the soldiers retreat. The check in date is 11 June 2010 and check-out 13 June 2010. The requirement is for the hotel to provide 16 rooms (2 double beds in each room), meeting space to hold 32 people, audio visual equipment during the conference, coffee maker in the room, exercise room and a swimming pool. The hotel must be able to provide meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The hotel must have a 3-star or higher rating based on Hotels.coms rating system. The hotel must be within 1 mile from Union Square, San Francisco, CA. Solicitation number W9124N-10-T-0084 will be available on or about 27 May 2010 Proposals are due Wednesday, 2 June 2010 at 9:00 a.m. (PDT) This acquisition is a unrestricted and all eligible contractors operating under the selected NAICS code can participate. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 721110. Solicitation number W9124N-10-T-0084 will be available on or about 27 May 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). For information on how to register your company on FBO, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the FBO Vendor Guide located on the FBO web site home page. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
