- The Bureau of Land Management, California Desert District Office/Baskerfield Office has a required for an Contractor to conduct a detailed documentation and condition assessment of the rock art sites at Painted Rock (SLO-79), and the Sulphur Spring Site (SLO-100) located in the Carrizo Plain National Monument. Location of Work: Location of the investigation falls within the Carrizo Plain National Monument in San Luis Obispo County, California. From the study area, Bakersfield is located approximately 50 miles to the east and Santa Margarita is approximately 52 miles to the west of the Carrizo Plain. This requirement is 100% side-aside for Small Business under the NAICS 541620. There will be no pre-bid conference call. Potential Contractors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at fedconnect.net on or about June 04, 2010 by going on the website: fedconnect.net. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. Contractors must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be considered eligible for an award.
