- RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The project has the potential to be funded partially through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. This opportunity is available as a competitive task order only to the contract holders of the Construction Manager as Constructor Contract in the geographic area described as the Greater St. Louis Metro Area, including the cities of Cape Girardeau and Hannibal, Missouri for GSA Region 6. ***ONLY the contractors listed below are able to submit for this project*** The estimated award month is June 2010. The FSC Code is Z111, NAICS Code 236220, and the size standard is $33,500,000. Estimated amount of this award is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The work to be completed in this task order includes but is not limited to: provide modifications to the existing atrium to correct problems observed during winter heating seasons. The task order will also have one option consisting of the following: the contractor will provide a heat rejection loop for the existing server and data communication rooms. If ARRA funds become available, this option is the only dollar contract action item which may use these funds. The work will be performed at the R.H. Limbaugh Courthouse, 555 Independence, Cape Girardeau, MO 63703-6235.
