- Solicitation will be for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years for NSN 3655-01-559-0617, Nitrogen Backpack. Approved source is CV International, Inc. CAGE 59672, P/N 410700. Solicitation is unrestricted. Delivery will be to stock locations in New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. This solicitation is unrestricted. The estimated solicitation issue date is June 3, 2010 and the estimated closing date is June 24, 2010. The estimated annual quantity is 12 EA and the maximum annual quantity is 24 EA. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 3 EA and applies to the base year only.
