- RECOVERY -- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The USDA, ARS, awarded a firm-fixed price task order modification to compensate the Architect-Engineering firm, HDR Architecture, Inc., for additional efforts associated with soil borings and underground utilities at the National Animal Disease Center (NADC), Ames, Iowa. This task order was awarded against an existing indefinite quantity contract for A-E services. The contract was competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 A-E services. The services described above are necessary as the underground water and sanitary sewer lines at NADC are in need of replacement.
