- Amendment 0001 - Revised Pricing Sheet and Due Date Extension The United States General Services Administration has a requirement for Title Insurance and Other Title Work for the Social Security Administration National Support Center. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing title evidence, title policies, tax certificates and photocopies of previously recorded documents. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 541191 and the size standard is $7.0 million. Firms are requested to provide a quotation in accordance with the solicitation package. This request does not constitute a notice to proceed with performance of this work nor shall it be considered a commitment on the part of the government. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible offeror as a result of this Request for Quotation (RFQ). To ensure that you receive all information regarding this solicitation, please register to receive updates at www.fedbizopps.gov and follow the procedures for notification registration. Interested Parties/How to Offer. The Solicitation (RFQ) will only be available electronically via the FedBizOpps website. Offerors may download the Solicitation and Attachments 1-4 via the FedBizOpps website without logging in. In order to receive Attachment #5, the firm must follow the procedures in the RFQ under “Conditions for Contractor Receipt of GSA Sensitive Information”. The firm must register on the FedBizOpps website and must be an active/valid Central Contractor Registrant (www.ccr.gov). Offerors must submit their quotation on or before 3:00PM EST on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 in order to be considered for award. Quotations may be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer or to the address identified in the RFQ.
