- The U.S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 8,793 rentable square feet (approximately 7,646 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet) of contiguous office space. Space on a single floor is preferred. Space on no more than 2 contiguous floors may be considered. The space must meet requirements for fire and life safety plus handicapped access in accordance with PL-90-480. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years, Five (5) years firm term. DELINEATED AREA: ***Please note that the delineated area is modified as follows:*** West Nyack, NY beginning at the northwest corner of the delineated area at the intersection of NY 306 and Kearsing Pkwy, the boundary continues as described: North : Kearsing Pkwy to Jill Lane to Sam Law Drive to Dana Road to Vale Drive to Charles Lane to Francis Place to Morris Road to Aselin Drive to Hickory Street to Co Road 35 to Lariat Court to W Clarkstown Road to Gerke Avenue. East : Gerke Avenue to Treetop Circle to Kingsgate Parkway to Westerfield Lane to Alice Drive to Governor Thomas E. Dewey Thruway to NYS Thruway to NY 59. South : NY 59 to W. Central Avenue to Secor Street to NY 306. West : NY 306 to the place of beginning.
