- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease class 'A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 26,375 Rentable Square Feet in McAllen, TX. The space must yield 22,935 ANSI /BOMA Office Area Square Feet. A minimum of six (6) structured parking spaces and sixty-eight (68) surface parking spaces are required at no cost or reasonable commercials rates within a two-block radius of the offered space. Public transportation is required within two blocks of the space. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: City Limits of McAllen, TX. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2011. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
