- In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a task order under established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract number G10PC00107 awarded to All American Equipment THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR(S). The original award was made on a competitive basis. The task order issued against aforementioned contract is as follows: Contract/Order #G10PD01585, Dollar Value of This Action is $170,873.00 for locating and abandoning multiple groundwater wells. Period of Performance is May 19, 2010 through September 30, 2011 and Place of Performance is located at multiple sites in Puerto Rico. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required.
