Description

HCR 128L2, Sol 060-95-10 Statement of Work contains the details potential suppliers will need to take into account to formulate an offer. HCR 129L2 Forms & Instructions.zip contains the forms that must be downloaded, completed and returned when submitting an offer and the other information potential suppliers need to take into account to formulate an offer. Route #- 128L2 Termini- Glens Falls, NY to Whitehall, NY Response Deadline- 06/09/2010 @ 15:00 ET Contract Term- 07/01/2010 through 06/30/2014 This is a four year, regular, renewable, fixed price contract to provide service in accordance with Terms & Conditions Issue 9, 2/26/10 and HCR 128L2, Statement of Work 060-95-10.
