- RECOVERY -- PROJECT NUMBER 322609 Fabricate and Deliver 1 Bulkhead for the Dorena Dam in Cottage Gorve, OR. The contractor is to furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary to fabricate, paint and deliver a new bulkhead to the Dorena Dam in Cottage Grove, OR. The contractor shall fabricate, painted, and delivered the new bulkhead in accordance with the Statement of Work and specifications to be provided in the forthcoming solicitation. All potential offerors must have the following ASIC certifications to be considered for award: American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) Quality Certification Program Category III, American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) Sophisticated paint system endorsement (P), American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) Major Steel Bridges (CBR) category with Fractural Critical Endorsement (F), and shall possess THREE (3) years documented experience on projects of similar scope. It is the intent of the Government to award to the offeror that has the lowest price but technically acceptable. To be technically acceptable, offerors must have the AISC certifications and experience outlined above. Offerors shall submit ALL technical certifications and experience documentation with their completed bid package before the closing date on the forthcoming solicitation.
