- This is a notice of award in reference to solicitation 263-2008-P-(GG)-0238. Solicitation 263-2008-P-(GG)-0238 was lost in the FBO posting system due to a unknown malfunction. The new award is due to the protest filed by East West on December 3, 2009. As a result of the protest, the Government decided to take corrective action in the following manner: 1.The Contract Officer conduct a through investigation of alleged Procurement Integrity violations in accordance with HHSAR 303.104-7(a)(1) and FAR 3.104-7(a), suspend the procurement and contract performance pending completion of investigation. 2.The Contract Officer would conduct a cost-technical tradeoff analysis. 3.The Contract Officer would proceed with further corrective actions dependent upon investigation findings. Based on the corrective action, the Government has selected Integrity National Corporation as the awardee of the above referenced requirement. A notice to proceed has been issued to Integrity National Corporation.
